Hi, I’m Lucy.

I’m enthusiastic and positive but comfortable going to the difficult places. I have confidence in people’s capacity to change once they feel able to get in touch with the underlying challenges within a safe space.

I have over 10 years of post-qualification experience as an Art Psychotherapist, Clinician, Supervisor, and Manager of a Neurodevelopmental CAMHS Team.

Prior to qualifying, I trained and worked as a teacher and web designer. I worked extensively with young offenders and autism and learning disabilities.

I am experienced in offering individual work to children and young people alongside parent or parent/child work. I am also a keen family practitioner and consider group work to be incredibly effective.

Art Therapy is a combination of psychotherapy and creative work, however, not limited to either and can include aspects of drama or CBT.

I am trained in Trauma-Informed Care and am training as a Group Analyst and accredited Supervisor.
